Where are the bats made?
All bats are handmade from start to finish in the Solitaire workshop in Worcester by Roger Weston.
Are the bats English Willow?
All bats are made with the finest English willow which is sourced from Essex.
How long does it take to make a bat?
The bats are made to order, so once you place your bat order – we aim to finish making the bat within 5 days.
What if my bat breaks?
If your Solitaire bat breaks within the first 6 months of purchasing, we’ll repair it for free. If it is beyond repair, we’ll sort you a replacement out.
If the bat is damaged after 6 months – please call us to discuss.
Would Solitaire Cricket sponsor me?
Unfortunately we are not offering sponsorships of any kind at this current time.
Where can I buy a Solitaire Cricket Bat from?
The only place to purchase an authentic Solitaire Cricket bat from is ourselves. We do not have any stockists of our kit at the moment.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
We can ship our bats abroad, please contact us to discuss this before purchasing.
How do I get a refund?
If you’re not happy with the order that you receive, you can have a full refund if you send it back to us in its original condition within 30days.
